Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Sales Agents to join our team on a commission basis. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business. Your focus will be on achieving sales targets and promoting our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Actively prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients, introduce our products/services, and provide information about their features, benefits, and pricing.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ requirements and tailor product/service presentations accordingly.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, keep up-to-date with any changes or enhancements, and effectively communicate their value propositions.
Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive and engaging sales presentations that highlight the unique selling points of our offerings and address clients’ pain points.
Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contract terms to secure deals that are mutually beneficial for both the client and the company.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by consistently identifying and closing opportunities.
Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to adapt strategies and approaches accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills:
A diploma or equivalent or a Bachelors in Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with the products/services we offer will be an added advantage.
Additional Information:
This is a commission-based role.
