Recruitment and managing of retailers.
Stock management at both RD and retail level
Managing branding and promotions in the areas assigned.
Collecting and analyzing sales and marketing intelligence data.
Pushing for sale.
Opening new accounts and delivering sales presentations and pitches to potential clients.
Organizing daily and weekly work schedules to meet set sales targets
Preparing sales reports indicating the performance of various outlets and recommendations for courses of action.
Keeping sales records for all clients
Job Requirements
Diploma/certificate in sales and marketing or a related field
Must have experience in the Field
Has more than 4 years of experience in retail sales.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
