Are you a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for real estate and sales? We are seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve exceptional results. Please note that prior experience in land real estate is compulsory for this role.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge necessary to excel.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our market share in the land real estate sector.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the land real estate market. Utilize this data to make informed business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, average sales prices, and revenue, to identify areas for improvement and optimize the team’s performance.
Negotiation and Closing Deals: Assist the team in negotiating and closing complex land real estate transactions, ensuring that deals are successfully concluded to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective promotional campaigns and marketing materials to attract potential buyers and investors for land properties.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements are accurate, complete, and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future strategies.

Requirements:

Real Estate Experience: Compulsory prior experience in land real estate sales is essential for this role. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team, fostering a collaborative and goal-driven work environment.
Sales Expertise: Strong sales skills and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry.
Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the land real estate market, including current trends, pricing, and regulations.
Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging negotiations and close deals successfully.
Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach, ensuring that clients’ needs are understood and met throughout the sales process.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with real estate software and tools for sales tracking, customer relationship management (CRM), and market analysis.
