Job Description

Ensuring Customer Satisfaction & Building Customer Relationships.
Leadership. Drive company culture and customer satisfaction by managing every aspect of a restaurant to ensure it runs smoothly and to effectively juggle priorities, motivate staff, be creative in increasing revenue.
Sales and Marketing. To offer both technical and soft skills in leading sales and marketing efforts with the aim of creating innovative marketing strategies. Evidence of social media marketing & management skills are an added advantage.
Evidence of managing financial budgets & monitoring costs. Required to possess commercial awareness and acute financial management skills. Shall work closely with the restaurant owner to forecast the financial budget, set periodic sales targets and manage the profit and loss statement (P&L).
Report on financial performance, inventory, and personnel.
Hiring & training staff. To recommend for the employment, and educate all staff for optimal restaurant operations.
Handling employee issues & conflicts, and scheduling of staff to ensure optimal rotation of staff to meet different demand hours.
Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards.
Planning menus, pricing & maintaining food quality.
Managing inventory. Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary.
Maintain environmental, food safety & sanitation practices. Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Requirement 

High school diploma/certificate is required. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality is preferred.
3-5 years of food and beverage service industry experience required.
