Accumulated 10 to 15 years of expertise in freight forwarding and logistics, demonstrating extensive proficiency in air cargo and containerized ocean freight operations.
Seeking candidates with at least five years of executive leadership experience, including roles such as General Manager, Director, or Chief Executive Officer, where P&L accountability was a core responsibility.
With a demonstrated history of delivering exceptional client service and driving operational enhancements in logistics, the ideal candidate will bring a strong background in these areas.
Proficiency in the regulatory frameworks governing Kenya and East Africa, including compliance with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Kenya Ports Authority (PA), and Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEYS), is essential.
A bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related discipline is required; possession of an MBA or certifications such as CULT or FIAT would be considered a significant plus.
