The Role
As the Talent Acquisition Associate, you will have a key role in helping us with sourcing and recruiting the right candidates who bring a serving spirit and growth mindset in all that they do at CloudFactory.
In this role, you will provide the research and networking to lead the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and identification of talent profiles. Utilizing these strategies, you will build a talent network to enable the identification and engagement of Delivery, Operational and Technical talent, all of varying levels of experience talent for targeted business growth opportunities. In addition, you will provide full life-cycle recruiting services including but not limited to: sourcing for international and domestic recruiting campaigns and individual positions; requisitions creation and candidate management/documentation within application tracking systems and contact management system; candidate screening/interview services and guidance on interviewing best practices; and negotiating directly with global candidates.
Focused Responsibilities:
Execute against the current hiring plan by finding top talent that exemplifies our value-based culture; this role will span across multiple departments and levels.
Partner with Hiring Managers to strategically source a diverse candidate pool using LinkedIn and other search methods.
Build a diverse talent pipeline in a competitive tech market.
Manage CloudFactory’s Applicant Tracking System; this includes setting the interview plan, scheduling interviews, monitoring interviewer feedback, initiating the offer process, etc.
Drive candidates through the recruitment process in a timely manner to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Educate and sell candidates on the value proposition of becoming part of the CloudFactory family.
Help contribute to and build CloudFactory’s employer brand locally by driving content, attending events, etc.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
3+ years of focused full-cycle corporate (in house) recruiting experience from sourcing through offer.
A background working both in agency & in-house (preferred).
Skilled sourcer who’s prepared to hunt for top talent.
A passion for finding the best candidates for CloudFactory and creativity in their approach.
Strong intuition as to whether candidates should move forward in each stage of the interview process.
Familiarity with Workable or similar ATS.
Expert level LinkedIn Recruiter use.
A friendly, positive attitude, as well as the ability to influence without authority.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities and Behaviors:
Critical thinker, able to identify issues and opportunities, provide solutions and reach consensus with multiple stakeholders.
Savvy with using social and other networking tools and databases.
Quick learner with an understanding of how to source, screen and recruit in overseas markets.
Demonstrated successful track record in building relationships with clients and candidates; ability to interact effectively and positively with all levels of internal and external clients and colleagues.
Ability to partner with hiring managers, technical staff, and senior management to source and identify high-quality talent for open positions, as well as building a pool of candidates.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal, networking and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
