Key Requirements:
Collaborate with the marketing team in the creation and execution of social media strategies and campaigns to promote brand awareness and engagement
Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms, ensuring timely and high-quality postings
Help in the organization and execution of marketing campaigns and events, ensuring all initiatives align with our brand identity and goals
Seek and develop partnerships with relevant brands to expand our reach and influence
Organize and coordinate interviews, press releases, and other PR activities to boost our brand image and credibility
Assist with marketing activities during our events and creating content for the website & magazine
Assist in the team’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
Work closely with the leadership team on various projects, aiding in the planning, execution, and tracking phases
Facilitate communication within the team, acting as a liaison between different departments as necessary
Assist in managing team schedules, assignments, and deadlines
Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies and procedures
Work on new projects and help their development.
Qualifications:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
Must have 5 years’ proven experience in a similar role, involving marketing and operations tasks
Must have a strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think creatively
Proficiency in common office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Knowledge of content creation workflows, such as Premier Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Canva.
