WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Lead a team of administrators and HR Officers to deliver all HR processes.
Provide guidance and lead engagement to ensure compliance with local labour laws, policies and procedures.
Collaborate with managers to identify talent requirements and lead end to end recruitment and employee development initiatives.
Implement the CEVA Performance Management system and guide stakeholders to deliver a high performance culture.
Champion the implementation of employee development initiatives to provide a wide selection of initiatives to address behavioural and technical requirements
Assess and recommend changes to policies and procedures to remain locally compliant, and serve the business requirement.
Actively manage HR data metrics to guide key management decisions and address trends
Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement activities
Support organisational change initiatives through pro-active communication and stakeholder engagement.
Manage an effective HR Administrative function to comply with data protection laws, CEVA data requirements and accurate employee information needs in business.
Coordinate all employee litigation processes, discipline management efforts and any other activities to support business optimisation.
Be conversant with all aspects related to the people budget to guide managers in effective forecasting
Collaborate with all other stakeholders in the business responsible for the enforcement of policy, procedure and CEVA Business Rules.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
7+ years experience as a HR Generalist with at least 3 years managing a team, Certified HR Professional will be a distinct advantage
Proven track record in the management of the broad spectrum of HR processes and procedures in a complex labour environment
Proven ability to train and develop employees to reach their full potential
Excellent understanding of the legislative environment and underpinning international legislation underpinning HR activity
Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to conclude employee contracting processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to speak multiple languages will be a distinct advantage
Experience in the use of SAP SuccessFactors will be an advantage
