Our client a leading security company is urgently seeking to hire an Operations Supervisor to manage their guarding department.
The individual should be able to;
Lead emergency response drills
Conduct inspections of physical and safety hazards
Monitor alarm systems and other security equipment
Resolve conflicts following the company policies
Qualifications
5 years experience in security operations including guarding supervision and alarm response operations in a serious security company
Valid Drivers and Rider license
Stable individual, committed to his work
Capable of travelling freely around the country
ability to perform patrolling duties
observant
