Key Responsibilities:
Folding laundry
Keep an updated inventory of laundry detergents and all stock items.
Track maintenance and repairs on laundering equipment
Ensure that the facility remains clean at all times
Anticipate and respond to customers’ queries, concerns and complaints
SKILLS
Proven work experience as a Laundry Attendant or similar role.
Diploma or equivalent is preferred
Computer knowledge and experience in Microsoft office applications such as excel and word is also required.
Familiarity with cleaning detergents and laundering equipment
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.
