Responsibilities:
Set up successful business operations
Be responsible for daily operations; reaching sales, expense, quality targets
Propose and implement different sales tactics for reaching best results
Recruit, overview and control all employees, ensuring proper reporting, work discipline and quality, communicating clear goals for them
All necessary communication with government institutions
Solve any assigned tasks from the Head Office regarding employees, tasks, legal or administrative issues, etc.
Responsibility to prepare and follow up budget for the country
Ensure employees acting according to company code of ethics
Organize the efficient administrative work-flow that is fast and easy
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
3-5 years of experience in managerial position
Experience in building high performance sales teams and processes
Strong understanding of the industry
Strong personality with ability to find compromise if needed
Positive attitude
Multitasking skills
High responsibility level
Out of box thinking
High proactivity level and initiative
Experience in building business or sales processes will be considered as advantage
