Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for product differentiation. Leverage this knowledge to contribute to the long-term product strategy.
Collaborate with the UX/UI design team to create user-centric product experiences, ensuring intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that drive user engagement and satisfaction.
Act as a subject matter expert for the product, providing guidance and support to internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, on product-related inquiries, training, and sales enablement activities. Leverage market and sales insight to develop and refine the product roadmap, ensuring our offerings meet market demands and achieve business goals.
Work closely with the Engineering team to translate product requirements into a technical roadmap. Collaborate on technical feasibility assessments, and provide clear and comprehensive specifications to ensure successful implementation of features and enhancements.
Project manage the Engineering and Design teams throughout the product development lifecycle. Set clear priorities, establish timelines, and manage resources effectively to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
Collaborate with the Operations and Clinical team to understand operational and clinical needs and translate them into technical requirements for the Engineering team. Ensure seamless integration of operational workflows and systems, providing valuable input to enhance product performance and efficiency.
Lead the product launch process, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful go-to-market strategies, effective communication plans, and measurable impact.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry, with a focus on B2B products.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to translate them into compelling product features and solutions.
Technical acumen and ability to work closely with Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
Passion for delivering high-quality products and driving customer success.
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
