Key Responsibilities:
Meeting, greeting, welcoming and directing companys clients/visitors.
Answering, screening and forwarding companys calls.
Taking messages and ensuring they are passed on to the right staff member in time.
Perform basic booking, filling, clerical duties and secretarial duties such as photocopying, fax documentation, monitor, control and order office supplies.
Book and schedule meeting on behalf of the company.
Receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mails and packages.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access by monitoring logbook and issue visitors cards.
Ensure tidiness and presentation of the reception area with all necessary stationery and materials.
Perform any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.
Required Qualifications and Competencies:
Proven work experience of at least 1 year as a receptionist, front office representative or a similar role.
A Diploma or a Certificate in Front Office, Office reception, Secretarial studies or any related field.
Hands on experience with office equipment such as printers and computers.
Proficiency in Computer skills and professional phone etiquettes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High levels of organization skills and ability to multitask.
Time management, interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize.
