Field Marketing Manager

Your Impact & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for

Lead the entire marketing activities in Africa – manage local resources and budgets efficiently.
Work closely with the local sales teams, as well as with the EMEA marketing management and global marketing peers to define and execute effective plans.
Create effective lead generation programs, to grow net new sales pipeline aligned with product launches and regional sales needs.
Drive local social media activities, digital marketing and virtual events.
Work closely with strategic partners and channel teams to build and execute joint marketing activities using marketing funds.
Measure and report out on all campaign results and budget management effectiveness and ROI

Your Knowledge & Skills:

7-10 years of relevant experience in running regional field marketing, including physical and virtual events, campaign management, channel marketing and digital marketing.
Dedicated and ambitious person with inspiring personality, excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple activities at once.
Previous marketing experience from a security company – a significant advantage
Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce & Marketo as advantage).
Competitive analysis and account mapping experience – an advantage
Marketing Education and/or BA an advantage.
Willing to travel up to 30% of the time, in the future
