Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain business systems, such as DMS, CRM, ERP, HRIS, and other software applications, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including servers, workstations, printers, and network devices.
Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures, such as firewalls, antivirus, and backup systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business systems and IT infrastructure, including identifying and resolving system errors, data inconsistencies, and user issues.
Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues, including LAN, WAN, and VPN connections.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights to IT resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Provide technical support to end-users, including resolving hardware and software issues, answering technical questions, and assisting with training and education.
Conduct regular system and software updates, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.
Maintain inventory and asset management of all IT hardware and software.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, including data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to ensure a seamless and integrated IT environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business systems and IT administration or a related field.
Strong knowledge of business systems, such as DMS, CRM, ERP, HRIS, and other software applications, and their configuration and customization.
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange Server.
Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and storage technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Certifications in relevant technologies, such are a plus.
