To Be Successful You’ll Need
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience

A degree in social sciences, business or a relevant field will be an added advantage.
You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience working engaging, organizing and managing programs/projects.
Embody values and understand the future challenges and opportunities for youth empowerment and is passionate about creating an impact in Kenya’s employment ecosystem.
Experience in youth online work development is desirable.
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, MS project, etc.).

Skills And Abilities

Excellent oral/presentation skills.
Excellent written skills in English, especially report writing.
Strong teamwork orientation, with an ability to lead and work effectively with a range of partners and colleagues.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to people of all walks of life.
Strategic and innovative with the ability to sell the vision of Generation.
Ability to explain complex ideas in an easily accessible way tailored to different audiences.
Strong planning skills.

Other Requirements

Ability to travel frequently within Kenya and different counties.

What you’ll do:
Aggregator, Platforms and Super-agent Relationships

Identify placement opportunities by identifying new potential aggregators, platforms and super agents.
Build placement pipeline and ensure >90% placement of the freelancers.
Managing super-agent relations and aggregators; Building trust and long-term relationships with super agents and aggregators by providing support, information, and guidance.
Arranging meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective aggregators.
Create and maintain a strong network of connections in the freelancing community to leverage our services.
Schedule routine individual super-agent and/or aggregator feedback to ensure Generation understands issues, challenges, concerns as well as success stories of freelance graduates.
