Job Purpose: The BD Representative supports the business’ execution of strategies to create new business opportunities while growing existing portfolios
Key responsibilities:
Execute campaigns towards lead generation and sales in different business areas as identified
Conduct customer relationship building activities
Execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Support creation of social media content as guided. This may include photography and videography
Develop and execute PR opportunities for visibility
Monitor all media channels for information relevant to AVA and report accordingly
Support brand development and branding efforts
Compile and update listings of prospective customers and maintain CRM
Ensure maintenance and accountability for all marketing collateral
Ensure that all procedures and documentation pertaining to this role are duly completed
Administrative support of business development projects including handling of documents and organizing meetings
Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a
diverse group of customers
Creative and resourceful
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
Effective networking, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Critical Competencies required:
