Store Clerk

Required Specifications

Support internal customers such as customer service desks and service technicians.
Responsible for all store stock movements and be accountable for stock variances.
Accurately dispatching parts and ensuring suitable packing and delivery.
Responsible for checking all goods received against supplier paperwork and performing a visual inspection.
Perform weekly cycle counts and a bi-annual stock count and investigate variances
Ensure that all stocks of goods are used on a FIFO basis to avoid spoilage and hazardous goods are stored as per health and safety requirements.
Maintain stores and store records and perform other duties as required from time to time
3+ years of working experience as a stores clerk in a busy parts manufacturing factory
Diploma in store-keeping studies from a recognized training institution.
Ability to use an ERP system and basic Microsoft Office programs
