About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Ad Operations Specialist to join our online news website. The Ad Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing online advertising campaigns, ensuring smooth operations, and optimizing campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire ad campaign lifecycle, including ad trafficking, reporting, and optimization.
Monitor and analyze ad performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of advertising campaigns.
Troubleshoot ad-related issues and work with technical teams to resolve them quickly.
Implement and maintain ad tracking and reporting systems to provide regular reports on campaign performance.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in online advertising, and share insights with the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Ad Operations or digital advertising.
Strong knowledge of ad-serving platforms, such as Google Ad Manager or OpenX.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
