Position Summary
WomenLift Health is seeking an HR Manager with experience supporting cross-regional functions to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and services, with an emphasis on talent acquisition. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience working on a global team.
Responsibilities And Tasks
Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with the WomenLift Health’s strategic goals and objectives.
Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and termination.
Ensure compliance with national and local employment laws and regulations, partnering with internal partners and external resources as needed.
Oversee the administration of leave and employee benefits as applicable. Track trends and make recommendations for changes or improvements based on data.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Create and maintain HR metrics, oversee employee surveys, and distill the data to share with leaders and employees.
Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and programs to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills And Ability
5+ years of experience in an HR manager or HR generalist position with at least 3 years of experience recruiting or in recruiting operations; minimum of 2 years in a complex global organization. Experience in global non-profit strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across geographies and at all levels of the organization.
Fluent in English, written and verbal required
Proven ability to appropriately handle confidential information and advise leaders on sensitive employee matters.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Sophisticated knowledge and use of technology and varying digital platforms (e.g, Zoom, Monday, Sharepoint)
