Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
At least 1- 3 years of prior experience in managerial or supervisory.
Knowledge of health and safety standards.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Work with our client representatives in provision and supervision of staff.
Liaising with our client’s Health and Safety Officers on the safety of the staff at work.
Recruiting staff-shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates and recommending to the client.
Developing and implementing policies on work conditions.
Performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
Advising on pay and other remuneration issues including promotion and benefits.
Undertaking regular Spot check to ensure the staff are actually at their places of assignment.
Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
Interpreting and advising on employment legislation.
Dealing with grievance and implementing disciplinary procedures.
Developing strategies with the line managers on short and long term staffing in terms of numbers and skill levels.
Planning and sometimes delivering training, including inductions for new staff.
Analyzing training needs in conjunction with our clients departmental managers.
Sending daily, weekly and month reports on the operations and usage of staff.
Liaising with our client’s OHS officers on the safety of the staff at work.
Ensure efficient record keeping of all the documents that relate to their various sites.
