Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve growth targets
Lead and manage the sales team to drive results and achieve revenue goals
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including partnerships with insurance companies and corporate organizations
Manage the sales pipeline and lead the sales team in generating new business leads
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and ensure consistent branding and messaging
Monitor and analyze market trends to inform sales strategy and identify new opportunities
Report on sales performance and provide regular updates to the executive team
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
8+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of achieving revenue targets
Strong background in insurance sales and experience selling to corporate organizations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve results
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform sales strategy
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
Hands-on, results-driven approach to sales
