IT Undergraduate Intern

Key responsibilities:

Technical support to users and computers.
Technical support for conferences and meetings.
Africa and Asia Equipment and Services Inventory Update.
Enlisting staff in AD Self Service system.
Any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor.

Selection Criteria

Currently enrolled in bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Information Technology, Information systems, Computer science or equivalent in a recognized University in Kenya.
Knowledge in Windows and Office 365 operating system support.
ITIL framework.
Support with Windows users and network infrastructure, Office 365 Services, web conferencing
Good command of English language and communication skills;
Good report writing skills;
Should have a flexible study schedule.
