Sales Executive Scooter and B2C Segment Field Sales Consultant

The key roles and responsibilities include:
Operational Responsibilities

Conduct regular field activations to expand the customer and market base for the Yamaha scooter and B2C Models.
Prepare accurate quotations and sales reports as required including the daily sales activity, all touch cards, and all touch lists, as well as event reports, to assist track performance while in the field.
Offer financing facilitation through sourcing, documentation, and follow-up on finance applications for clients to enhance the achievement of sales targets, and for customer retention
Coordinate and follow through on marketing activities and after-sales issues that arise after the delivery of units to clients for enhanced customer satisfaction and retention
Gather market information on a regular basis on other Yamaha competitors in the B2C category to assist in planning and decision making
Participate in marketing activities to promote Yamaha B2C and product awareness for market expansion as well as the acquisition of new customers
Conduct product demonstration to prospective customers
Organise B2C field activities and display them in rider`s events and malls as per the calendar
Generate Field reports on market intelligence on what the competition is doing in the market.
Coordinate all the digital campaigns with help of the marketing department including the use of influences and generating reports from digital platforms.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in sales and marketing or any other related field
3 years working experience in sales in the automotive industry
Computer literacy
Driving licence/experience with motorcycle class
Report writing skills
Presentation skills
