Social Media Manager

Position Summary
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.
Candidate Requirements

Proven work experience as a social media manager
Excellent content strategy creation and copy writing skills.
Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other digital media best practices
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
Good knowledge of social media KPIs
Familiarity with web design and publishing
Excellent multitasking skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Experience launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, starting an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter)
Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g., repeat attendance at events)
Hands-on experience with social media management for brands
Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
