Business Development Executive HR & Admin Manager Sales Team Leader Sales Trainee Calibration Technician

Role & Responsibilities

Plan and ensure new business development initiatives/ operations and maximize exposure for the company amongst targeted prospects
Monitor revenue generation, profit/ expense objectives and coordinate market and customer growth and retention rate
Draft business development plans and budgets including account management approach and account plans for the assigned geographic region
Develop and leverage constructive relationships within target accounts to gain access to key decision-makers and establish coach network
Continuously review business potential and identify potential business opportunities
Prospect new business development opportunities through market research, developing marketing initiatives, etc.
Present solution proposal and business fit to decision-makers, engage in negotiations and close the deal
Collaborate with internal functions that support the sales process (Solution Design, operations, HR, IT, Real Estate, Legal, Finance, etc.), gather required input and coordinate actions
Work in close cooperation with customer operations teams (ensure quality, improve performance)
Understand key trends and developments impacting business and identify change needs in business development plans
Deliver market studies and feasibility studies to assess market potential
Conduct internal + external research to identify customer’s supply chain requirements and business objectives
Maintain access to key target account stakeholders, and continuously review business opportunity potential 

Skills and Experience required

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years experience in a Business Development role.
Background in logistics is a MUST. 
Experience working for a multinational is an added advantage.
Develops effective relationships, treats others with respect, demonstrates sensitivity to diversity, harnesses difference, fosters positive workplace relationships.
Focuses on the needs of customers, drives the team to meet customer requirements and collaborates internally & externally to provide management reporting.
Identifies issues, problems & opportunities, analyses cause & effect, practically solves problems, implements corrective action, uses teams skills to solve problems.
Generates enthusiasm and has a positive attitude to change, overcomes barriers to change, seeks opportunities to improve processes and plans & carries through change.
