Job purpose:
The holder of this position will be focused on outbound lead generation for one of SALIX Data’s clients. His/her contribution will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the client’s sales department, the attainment of its goals, and the company’s long-term growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate new leads.
Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
Collaborate with our Sales and Marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns.
Utilize sales and marketing automation tools to manage and track prospecting activities.
Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team to improve lead-generation strategies and campaigns.
Conduct outbound lead generation activities to generate new leads and opportunities for the sales team.
Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in prospecting and lead qualification
Collaborate with our Sales and Marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong phone skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Seamless Ai, Sales Navigator).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Knowledge of the sales process and sales methodologies.
Must be willing to work US hours (Eastern Standard Time zone).
