Responsibilities
Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive engagement and leads across various channels.
Manage social media channels, including planning and scheduling content, community management, and analyzing social media metrics.
Create high-quality and compelling content, including blog posts, videos, social media posts, and email newsletters.
Develop copy for outbound email, website, blog, and social media campaigns.
Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive engagement and leads across various channels.
Create high-quality and compelling content offers such as whitepapers, ebooks, and infographics.
Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating templates, writing copy, and analyzing results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and consistency across all marketing channels.
Monitor social media, news, and blogs for trending topics and engagement opportunities that can be inspiration for content.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and social media.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in content marketing and social media management.
Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Comfortable self-teaching on multimedia (photo, video, graphics).
Experience with content management systems.
Experience with Canva or other graphic design tools.
Demonstrable experience with Mailchimp.
Understanding of SEO best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making.

Project management skills, including the ability to coordinate the details of simultaneous projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders to keep things on schedule.
