Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Skills
Solid understanding of client’s business, economics, major customer segments and competitive set.
Grasp of quantitative and qualitative business information used by clients in their day to day activities.
Drives marketing and creative strategies based on relevant customer insights
Marketing and creative recommendations based on customer, business and brand insight.
Intense focus on marketing productivity for marketing recommendations (ROI, Impact).
Clear expert in several areas of integrated marketing.
Ability to develop highly actionable creatives briefs and strive for more impactful and relevant creative results.
Project Management/Execution
Manage an entire program/s independently, working effectively with all capabilities and using their expertise appropriately.
Ensure team members take personal accountability for on-time, on-budget, quality execution.
Demonstrates ability to access a situation and react appropriately to solve issues.
Develop and manage accurate, detailed budgets and work plans.
Adheres vehemently to Oxygenes’ processes and key tools e.g. timesheets.
Should be flexible and can tolerate ambiguity and still operate effectively.
Demonstrates active problem resolution in order to ensure smooth execution of programs.
Communication Skills
Creates a logical structure, clear storyline and conclusion in all written materials i.e. Decks, briefs, status reports etc.
Speaks with appropriate body language, eye contact and vocal inflection.
Should be energetic, passionate oral presenter in an organized fact-based way.
Communicate effectively at all levels and across all departments
Uses effective listening skills to digest, process and guide strategy and problem resolution.
Visible presence in peer and other Oxygenes’ forums.
People/Teamwork/corporate Citizenship
A strong team builder with client and cross capacity teams, clarifying roles and expectations.

Professional, technical skills and previous experience required
Required Experience:
Bilingual, fluent in French and English. Both writing and speaking
Degree in communication/Marketing or any other related field
2-3 years’ experience in agency/marketing/communication background
Full awareness of agency processes and techniques
Experience of working across several projects simultaneously, juggling the day to day work and still produce quality work under tight deadlines
Excellent team work skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, Word, Excel, PPT
