Stores Administrator

Responsibilities

Implementing operational policies and procedures.
Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
Managing of the ODOO ERP inventory module and ensuring that all information is kept up to date.
Generating product codes and products description
Input the Minimum order quantities (MOQ) in the system.
Generation of goods received note, supplies good returned notes.
Manage the human resource of the warehousing and logistics department.
Maintain workplace safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a risk-free work environment.
Assist in QMS, EMS and OHSMS implementation.
Any other duty as may be assigned to you.

Qualifications & Skills

Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
Proficient computer skills.
Must have experience working with ERPs such as SAP, Quick books and ODOO
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Strong people management skills.
