Deliver in flight customer service to set standards for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain proper utilization of company property to avoid wastage and misuse.
Implement health, safety and security standards to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and company standards on every flight.
Sell duty free items to maximize profits.
Resolve all Opportunities to improve on board and close feedback with the assistant flight purser.
Deliver onboard quality customer service according to company set standards to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty and make recommendations where necessary.
Job Requirements
Qualification (Minimum)
Certificate Airline Cabin Crew (KQ PRIDE STAR)
K.C.S.E minimum grade C plain or equivalent
English language proficiency.
Leadership and communication training
Excellent communication skills.
Computer proficiency.
Experience in customer service environment desirable.
Good knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry and company policies, procedures and standards.
Years of Experience
21 years of age
Airline or hospitality environment experience(s)
Additional Details
O level academic achievements with a mean grade of C plain or equivalent
English language proficiency Proficiency and fluency in a foreign language is an added advantage.
