Sales Executive (Reale Estate/Land Sale)

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns
Sell company land
Create and deliver a sales pitch to potential clients
Generate and close leads
Create a sales pipeline of potential buyers
Market the company land to potential audiences
Take interested customers for site visits
Plan and execute marketing campaigns
Manage digital media platforms and digital marketing
Close deals and prepare sales documentation

Person’s Specification

At least one year of experience selling land and other real estate
Minimum Diploma in sales and marketing, real estate or a related field
Greats selling and negotiation skills
Very strong communication skills both written and oral
Outgoing, high-energy personality
Creative problem solver
Able to form strong relationships with client groups
Should have basic industry research skills and must be tech-savvy
Strong understanding of digital marketing
