About the Role
L’Oréal East Africa is looking for an experienced Medical Representative to join the L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty. The role will be based in Eldoret and will be responsible for establishing new business and growing the existing LDB business in Eldoret and Western Kenya by building relationships and partnerships with targeted Healthcare providers and other stakeholders in Hospitals and Pharmacies.
Generating prescriptions in the assigned geographic areas by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, training, and product presentations as well as providing existing customers with exceptional support.
Creating and increasing awareness of our brands to targeted HealthCare providers.
Attend congresses, training sessions, meetings to represent the brand.
Organizing appointments and meetings with doctors HealthCare Providers on a one on one and formal setting.
Analyze the territory/market potential, track sales, and status reports prioritizing territories and prospective clients as well as address problem areas.
Identifying and establishing new business.
Build a strong network of dermatologists and pharmacies around that results in good sell-out results
Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
Requirements
At least 2 years’ experience as a medical representative.
Experience in dermatology/ dermo cosmetics will be an added advantage.
A dynamic, aggressive, flexible and team player.
Entrepreneurial spirit, curious and flexible with a growth mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
Highly motivated and target driven.
