Qualifications:
Diploma in Business Management or related field
Bachelor of Business Management or related field will be an added advantage
Tertiary Certificate in Business Studies, Office Management or Training in Front Office
Skills:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration in NGO Sector is essential
High standard of written and spoken English
Advanced skills and experience in Office 365 and outlook is essential
Demonstrated high attention to detail and ability to follow through tasks to completion
Punctual and reliable
Good organisation and prioritisation skills
Ability to work self directed and take initiative
Trustworthy and responsible.
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
