Key Role Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities)
The role holder shall assist in marketing the company’s products – shoes
Explore and identify new business opportunities
Train Junior staff on customer service
Provide insights into new business and competitive positioning
Analyse customer feedback data
Determine most viable cost-effective approach to pursue business
Create solid relationships within customers
Supervisory of sales team
Crafting sales plans/expenses report and realistic forecasts
Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience and Skills)
Degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing or business-related field.
Minimum 3 years of working Experience in sales, with foot wear as an added advantage
Supervisory skills
Customer service experience an added advantage.
Must work with minimum supervision.
Good interpersonal skills.
