Relationship Manager role
The Relationship manager will aid in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, focusing on Key customer accounts. They will seek out to ensure excellent customer satisfaction, retain the key accounts and ensure an exemplary customer experience in ensuring the key accounts are continuously seeing value in our products and services and purchasing more of those.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Tech Adoption: Drive new adoption and utilization for the Ilara software product.
Customer Relations: Make regular contact with customers to keep the relationship fresh, help identify payment issues in advance and support where needed
Upselling: Lead generation based on customer needs within your portfolio.
Reorders: Drive repeat reorders of consumables and pharma products within your assigned portfolio.
Product Research Value: Continuous feedback on Tech, support product/service pilots with customers by identifying and suggesting the best customers.
Marketing value: Use the relationship to create testimonials, case studies, videos, marketing material.
Transformation value: Keeping a good relationship for us to eventually transform them
Ambassadors of Ilara Health: Create and maintain complete customer profiles to enable you to be an ambassador for Ilaras products and services.
Central Point of Communication: Be the central point of communication between Key accounts and the Business
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Requirements:

Degree in Sales, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
Experience as a relationship manager (B2B), in customer service, or a similar role.
Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Excellent communication and listening skills
The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
Good communication and negotiation skills
An honest and trustworthy manner
Attention to detail
The ability to analyze and research information
