Sales representative

Responsibilities

Providing customers with information about company products
Gathering information to accurately identify the customer’s needs.
Selecting products to best suit the customer’s needs
Providing customers with quotes, sales orders, delivery information
Providing after-sales service including courtesy calls.
Following up on sales quotes from other members of the sales team.
Completing sales order paperwork.
Working towards monthly or annual targets.
Manage CRM using odoo ERP erp
Generating potential leads for new accounts.
Market research & identifying new opportunities and tracking them.
Provide pre-sales technical support
Prepare custom client proposals and presentations
Prepare and submit reports on customer needs, problems, interests & competitive activities.
Maintain a high level of open communication within the team and supporting work groups
Maintain excellent client relationship with existing and potential clients
Liaising and negotiating with prospective clients to close business opportunities.
Adhere to the workplace safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a risk-free work environment
Assist in QMS, EMS and OHSMS implementation
Other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time be

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in sales or marketing or equivalent
Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance
Basic knowledge of sales and Office software
