Executive Assistant

Role Purpose:
To develop and provide a proactive and comprehensive administration, information and support service to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and, as needed, other HR Leaders.
The role holder will provide professional and expert administrative support, including complex diary management and the organisation of travel itineraries, and internal and external meeting coordination.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably within an international environment
Understands the need for confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and correspondence
Strong skills in Microsoft Office with particular strengths in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Good time management and coordination skills. Ability to plan ahead, devise and manage work plans, anticipate requirements, problems and obstacles
Sound judgement and an ability to effectively prioritise and juggle the requirements of multiple stakeholders in a constantly changing environment
Highly developed organisational skills
Maintain a calm disposition and positive outlook particularly when working under pressure
Proven ability in adopting a pro-active approach and offering solutions as appropriate
Experience of dealing with diary management and international travel arrangements
Experience of planning and organising meetings, with a strong attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication skills, fluent in English, with an eye for detail
A positive, flexible and collaborative approach; ability to engage with a broad range of people at all levels, across different cultures and to act with confidence, credibility, discretion and diplomacy
Self- motivated with ability to work autonomously.
Ability to work effectively at senior level, gaining trust and confidence with stakeholders
Thorough and trustworthy, takes pride in delivering high quality work and gives a high level of attention to detail
