Brand Manager Human Resources Assistant

About the Role 
We are looking for a driven, proactive, creative and organized Brand Manager, to orchestrate our launches, push growth of pillar products, and lead the activation of our brand strategy across consumer-facing channels.
Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of launches; drive development of consumer-centric products. Own the entire development process from concept to trade and ensure the respect of timelines.
Drive the development of brand communication material to support brand strategies, animation plans and launches.
Analyse brand Profit and Loss (P&L) and drive the profitability of the brand (Topline, GM% and Bottomline).
Own A&P budget management for digital and animation strategy.
Support Forecasting and Supply Chain team in ensuring proper plan for new product portfolio.
Lead & drive annual brand strategic marketing plans and campaigns to evaluate brand visibility and maximize business opportunities.
Implement brand activities including but not limited to marketing material development, advertising, media, event/activations management, promotion, etc.
Competitive analysis to identify business opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and any related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
Proven track record of delivering topline and marketing KPIs (driving share and penetration).
Experience in managing agencies.
Proven experience in developing and implementing effective and integrated brand plans.
Excellent analytical skills.
Creative approach.
Strong communication, organizational and project leading skills.
