Key Responsibilities:
Managing customer relations by being the single point of contact for client, updating them on their order status.
Use research conducted by sales support administrators and liaising with Head of Sales on taking the sales lead further.
Keep customers informed about any problems arising influencing deficiencies regarding the execution of orders/contracts.
Continuous improvement and development of the customer relationship.
Monitoring of Sales targets and business objectives.
Proactive at anticipating and meeting internal and external challenges.
Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
Drive the implementation of marketing & digital campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads.
Direct and support market research, data collection, data analysis and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reporting.
Work closely with the sales department to align on sales generation strategies.
Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communication channels.
Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies.
In charge of all content in our website and all our digital platforms to ensure it is relevant and in line with the marketing and digital policies.
Managing and increasing the online presence and brand of the company through networking tools and social media.
Track SEO and Google Analytics data for management decision making.
Develop and implement marketing budget and ensure remains within the approved budget.
Tasked in protecting the integrity of the brand by ensuring its done as per branding guidelines.
Manage and maintain social media messaging with an aesthetic that is consistent with the overall branding.
Build a creative, dynamic, consistent, and interesting social media voice.
Develop and implement social media platforms such as Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp etc.
Key Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in sales and marketing or relevant field
Minimum of three years proven experience
Experience in a similar industry would be an added advantage
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with ERP software is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passionate
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Excellent communication skills
Experience in creating social media strategies
Experience in creating engaging content video photo and motion content branded
Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
