Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Must be based in Kenya.
Channel or distributor management experience is mandatory.
Have experience working with medical device.
Good Knowledge in East Africa Market.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Good decision-making skill, great problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
