Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee database with relevant employee details
Drafting offer letters, job descriptions and contracts
Maintaining employee files both digital and physical
Issuing introductory letters to employees for presentation to relevant government offices
Handling exits interviews, clearance and handover.
Draft HR related correspondence
Organize HR meetings and trainings.
Plan meeting and take detailed minutes
Record staff and vehicles movements daily
Organize and schedule appointments
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Qualifications
Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Resource Management or business-related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a HR/Admin Assistant
