Communications Fellow

About the Role
The Communications fellow will join the External Relations department and play a critical role in supporting the department’s internal and external communications objectives. Are you a budding creative who can create compelling corporate content, manage our social media platforms, while coordinating multiple communication campaigns and projects? Duties and Responsibilities

Generate story ideas and prepare content for social media.
Update and maintain all our social media presence, including daily monitoring and posting.
Track and analyze website/social media traffic flow and provide regular internal reports and social media data.
Support the review of external publications about the organization.
Host groups of visitors to present the Fresh Life/Sanergy Collaborative model.
Assist in the maintenance of the communications calendar.
Revamp and update key communications materials (impact summaries, standard presentations, etc).
Organize and conduct regular field visits to our customers for story generation, photography, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
6+ months of previous experience in copywriting, storytelling, editing, running social media campaigns, and storyboarding is ideal. 
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, and must have the ability to tell compelling stories.
Interest in enhancing proven writing and editing skills.
Have a high level of creativity, and with an ability to use data-driven insights to create content. 
Be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work on a project team.
Relationship-building skills, driven, enthusiastic, and highly motivated. 
High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to take instructions and have a growth mindset
