What This Job Involves
Assist in preparing and presenting proposals to clients
Preparing feasibility studies, involving:
Market research
Development advice
Cash flow analysis
Financial modelling
Compile assignment specific primary and secondary research
Consolidate market studies and financial projections and draw conclusions
Prepare project development briefs and economic land use reports
Prepare and present reports and proposals to Clients
Manage clients and clients’ expectations
Manage and train a team of analysts
Report to the Head of Department in Dubai
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired Experience And Technical Skills
University Degree with a specialization in Economics / Finance / Business Administration / Real Estate
Experience (4 to 8 years) of Real Estate finance / consulting / development
Leadership and team spirit
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Experience in specific asset class (residential, retail, office, hospitality, industrial) is a plus
Excellent command of English Language (speaking, reading and writing)
Knowledge of Portuguese, Swahili or French language (speaking, reading and/or writing) is a plus.
