Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager (Manned Security), the Assistant Operations Manager will drive revenue growth and manage relations with the customers within the Secure Solutions business. The incumbent will also promote effective and efficient management of resources and work processes that will ensure all the contractual obligations to customers are achieved in a cost effective manner whilst the company prescribed procedures and standards are applied.
Responsibilities
Effective management of the financial performance and driving revenue growth by Identifying and exploiting new business opportunities in the area’s sphere of operations
Efficient and effective operational management through adherence to G4S rules, regulations and procedures Management
Effective people and supervision of staff within the region
Ensure maintenance of customer service levels and customer retention
Ensure health and safety at work through fostering and developing a positive safety culture at the work place
Ideal candidate:
Knowledge and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
