Human Resources Intern

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will provide administrative support to the HR team.
In this role, you will support on end-to-end administration of employee contracts. You will create and maintain personnel files, including processing, distributing and filing all new paperwork. You will respond to general HR inquiries.
You will organize and conduct new hire orientation programs. You will work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution and move people and organizations to act. You will communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner. You will develop your leadership style, leveraging your own passions, strengths, and personal values.

QUALIFICATIONS

Undergraduate degree  Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organizationComfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and local office language(s)
