Job Description
As a Seller Support Associate you will be responsible for assisting vendor manager & their suppliers
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for managing daily orders and ensure timely product fulfillment by vendors/ suppliers as per defined SLA
Be a One stop problem solver Point of contact to resolve all suppliers/ vendors issues & queries
Liaise with F&A, Customers Service & Marketing team to ensure timely payment to vendors/sellers resolve vendors issues and promote their products
Be Innovative & Proactive with sellers interaction to ensure maximum orders fulfillment and minimal cancellation
Create & Maintain the Vendor’s performance matrix such a Vendor’s rating, fulfillment, cancelation, % of complaints etc
Conduct Weekly Vendor training on Seller Panel & answer sellers’ queries
Frequent interaction with sellers/vendors to get best offers from them along with sharing key events / marketing calendar with them
Act as a bridge between Vendors and Operation & Logistic Partners
Encourage and Ensure regular inventory and price updates by the sellers/vendors through regular communication
Onboarding inactive vendors/sellers
Conduct Regular survey of vendors to improvise the Sales Team, cross department and vendor’s performance
Prepare MIS report to analyze vendor’s performance, category and product movement and potential opportunities
Send daily report
Qualifications
Any Graduate with Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Seller support within e-commerce or marketplace domain
Team player & Excellent in Relationship management along with good communication skill
Should be good at Excel , MIS reporting, PowerPoint Presentation along with Analytical skills
