Residential Sales & Leasing Agent-Real Estate

Job Purpose.
The position will be responsible for sale and lease of residential real estate assets, designing efficient and effective strategies to generate leads, establish a plan of action, and execute it.
Main areas of Responsibility

Generate client leads to buy and rent property
Maintain a pipeline of potential customers
Coordinate appointments for site visits with potential clients
Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
Advise clients throughout the negotiation process to help them get maximum value for their asset
Prepare regular sales update reports
Establish customer leads through cold calling
Follow / reach out to existing customer leads
Establish, nurture, develop and maintain positive client and customer relationships
Promote sales and leasing of properties by attending networking and activation events
Meeting and exceeding sales and leasing targets
Answering client questions on credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Overseeing signing of documents when required to and coordination of property handover
Any other tasks as assigned

Required Education &Experience

Degree in a relevant field
Experience in Residential real estate sales
Understanding the sale process and associated property laws
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
