Analytics Manager- Brand Marketing ROI

Key Responsibilities:

COMMERCIAL: Delivering business target for Analytics in WECA
SOLUTION: Working with the regional & global marketing ROI practice team to deliver to client
Build and develop the next generation of ROI Analytic leaders – both commercially and technically
Support strategy and overall business plan for the Brand and Marketing ROI Practice
Drive solutions development, in close partnership with business and solutions leaders across the Kantar
In partnership with key account leaders/Client Development/Marketing, develop and implement the Kantar go-to-market strategy, which will ensure we meet aggressive Middle East & Africa growth targets:
Drive analytic solutions development, in close partnership with business and solutions leaders across Kantar
Identify client needs (both current and future) for ROI approaches and turn them into action
Work with global team to ensure that the global positioning is relevant and can have longevity in Middle East & Africa
Ensure differentiated and relevant packaging for the Middle East & Africa market, partnering with the solutions partner in marketing group
Business development: Expert “Sales Force” supporting proposals and pitches
Thought leadership and consulting: Be visible with clients and on speaking platforms
Proven credentials in industry and demonstrated success in integrated analytic experience
Fluency in analytics and non-survey based research
Demonstrated cross portfolio collaboration
Strong client relationships and networking skills
Business savvy and commercial acumen

Required Competencies

We are seeking a dynamic hi-potential professional with 8-10 years’ with strong background in brand and marketing ROI work – Media mix modelling,
marketing mix modelling, campaign optimization, brand positioning, brand architecture, Equity analysis, etc. with proven track record in driving analytics based thinking to clients / internal organization
