JOB SUMMARY
She/he will facilitate the day-to-day tracking and clinical management of clients; coordinate and provide Key Population comprehensive HIV prevention package, including provision of HIV Care and Treatment services to clients. S/He will provide and lead biomedical interventions including STI screening and syndromic management, HIV testing services, contraceptive method mix, Cervix cancer screening, GBV prevention services, PEP and PreP services.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems of the KP program.
Participate in development of strategies for delivery of outreach activities including participating in outreach activities.
Provide mentorship and build capacity of DICE staff and outreach teams in planning, implementation and supervision of KP prevention activities
Provide clinical management of DICE clients, including ART services
Work with the HTS department to strengthen both intra and inter facility linkage of the key population other services.
Ensure 100% linkage of HIV positive KPs into care
Ensure 95% viral suppression through timely viral load taking and intervention.
Provide routine minimum package of service to both the negative and positive KPs within the Dice.
Offer prevention services to clients i.e. SRH, PrEP, PEP, IPT, STI and TB screening and treatment MDT for unique and challenging cases, including clinical management of SGBV and CA Cervix screening
Ensure 100% timely completion and submission of all clinical reports required at the Dice.
Ensure up to date record keeping and management of client’s data.
Monitor SSDs performance, documentation, and ensure monthly SSD reports are submitted.
Prepare and submit regular program reports (activity, monthly, quarterly and annual reports) as per requirements.
Document and disseminate program processes, outcomes, and lessons learnt and best practices
Provide regular feedback/ update to staff and dice in charge on work related concerns
Support and participate in Quality Improvement activities within the DICE.
Work with site Quality Improvement team to come up with Standards of Care for the DICE.
Support the Data team in conducting data audit within the DICE and ensure concordance of data.
Oversee site data for completeness and accuracy.
Participate in monthly work plan development and ensure prompt submission.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Diploma or Degree in Clinical medicine or Nursing
Registered by Clinical or Nursing council of Kenya
A minimum of two (2) years’ clinical experience in busy health facility, preferably HIV Comprehensive Care Center
Trained in NASCOP certified HIV prevention, Care and Treatment programs including STI management
Demonstrable experience supporting Key population clinical services in a DICE set up
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure as a team leader and player
Good computer skills (familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)
